Legal Agreement Between You and jet178

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and jet178 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the jet178 platform and services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and refrain from creating an account or placing any bets or wagers.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with jet178. Creating multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or "multi-accounting" is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple Accounts linked to a single individual through matching personal details, IP addresses, devices, payment methods, or behavioral patterns, we reserve the right to suspend or close all related Accounts, void any Bets placed, and confiscate funds and winnings.

Verification typically takes between 1-24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first Deposit may result in Account suspension until verification is completed. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Deposits are processed instantly, and funds are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by our payment processor.
jet178 does not charge fees for Deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
Users may request Withdrawals from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Standard Withdrawals are processed within 1-6 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. Silver tier VIP members receive priority processing (1-3 hours), while Gold tier VIP members enjoy express processing (under 1 hour). We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large or unusual Withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
Withdrawals above Rp 500,000 are processed free of charge. Withdrawals below Rp 500,000 may incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 5,000 to cover administrative costs.
To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before Withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for Deposits whenever possible. If you wish to Withdraw funds to a different payment method, you must provide additional verification and justification. We reserve the right to refuse or delay Withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
jet178 may offer Bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the promotion page at the time the Bonus is offered. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable Bonus terms.

jet178 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other Users, exploiting software errors or loopholes, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have their Accounts suspended, Bonuses voided, and any winnings confiscated. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent Users.
jet178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding Bonus terms or eligibility, jet178's decision is final and binding.
All Bets placed through jet178 are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at our sole discretion, including Bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors, Bets placed by Users suspected of fraud or collusion, or Bets that violate maximum stake limits.
For sports betting markets, all Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body or league. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, Bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Live in-play betting odds and markets are subject to change in real-time based on match events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your Bet is confirmed. Once a Bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User.
